Information Management
The People Beyond Information Management process has been designed to convert Information into Knowledge.
There are four main areas of focus with regards to Organisational Information:
Internal Known
Internal Unknown
External Known
External Unknown
(Unknown – this refers to specific information surveys which will be administrated by People Beyond as and when commissioned by a client)
All Organisational decisions are based on some degree of Market/Organisational Intelligence, or this is what we would all like to belief. With the Information Management process we ensure that Organisational Information is converted into Knowledge which in turn, through implementation, is converted into Organisation Wisdom.
